Instructions
Prepare The Spicy Noodle Filling:
Cook the spicy noodles according to the package instructions.
In a pan, sauté the mixed vegetables until tender. Add cooked noodles and diced protein. Mix well.
Assemble The Spring Rolls:
Lay out a spring roll wrapper and place a generous spoonful of the noodle filling in the center.
Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides as you go. Seal the edges with the water and flour mixture.
Choose Your Cooking Method:
Frying: Heat oil in a pan and fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
Baking: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the rolls on a parchment-lined tray for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Prepare Dipping Sauces:
For the Soy Ginger Dip, mix soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
For the Sweet and Spicy Chili Sauce, combine sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar.
