Strawberry Bubble Tea Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of black tea or tea of your choice
  • 1 cup of strawberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup of sugar adjust according to your preference
  • 1 cup of tapioca pearls
  • ½ cup of milk dairy or non-dairy
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

Step 1: Preparing The Tea Base

  • Brew 2 cups of black tea according to the instructions on the packaging. Allow it to cool completely.

Step 2: Making The Strawberry Syrup

  • In a blender, combine the strawberries and sugar. Blend until you have a smooth strawberry syrup.

Step 3: Cooking The Tapioca Pearls

  • Fill a saucepan with water and bring it to a boil.
  • Add the tapioca pearls and cook them according to the instructions on the package. Usually, it takes about 20 minutes to cook the tapioca pearls until they become soft and chewy.
  • Once cooked, drain the tapioca pearls and rinse them under cold water to remove excess starch.

Step 4: Assembling The Strawberry Bubble Tea

  • In a tall glass, add a handful of ice cubes.
  • Pour the brewed black tea over the ice, leaving some space at the top for the other ingredients.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of the prepared strawberry syrup into the glass.
  • Pour in the milk of your choice to your desired level of creaminess.
  • Finally, carefully add the cooked tapioca pearls to the glass.
