Instructions
Step 1: Prepare The Patty Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
If the mixture feels too wet, add breadcrumbs gradually until it holds together. Be careful not to overdo it – we want juicy burgers!
Step 2: Shape The Patties
Divide the mixture into four equal portions.
Lightly oil your hands and shape each portion into a patty about ¾-inch thick.
Place patties on a baking sheet and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes. This helps them hold their shape during cooking.
Step 3: Cook The Patties
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add the oil.
Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until a meat thermometer reads 165°F.
Avoid pressing down on the patties to keep all those delicious juices inside!
Step 4: Assemble The Burgers
Toast the buns lightly on the skillet or grill.
Add lettuce, tomato, onion, and any other toppings you love.
Place the cooked turkey patty on top, slather with your favorite condiments, and dig in!
