Instructions
Step 1: Cook The Brown Sugar Syrup
In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of water.
Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar has dissolved.
Increase the heat to high and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes or until it thickens to a syrupy consistency.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the syrup cool.
Step 2: Brew The Black Tea
Boil 2 cups of water in a teapot.
Add 2 bags of black tea and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool.
Step 3: Add The Milk
In a pitcher, add 1 cup of milk.
Whisk the milk until it becomes frothy.
Step 4: Add The Brown Sugar Syrup
Pour the cooled brown sugar syrup into the pitcher with the milk.
Whisk the mixture until the brown sugar syrup is evenly distributed.
