Boiling The Water

  • Pour the water into a saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil over medium heat.

Adding Tea And Spices

  • Once the water reaches a boil, add the black tea leaves, cloves, cardamom pods, and cinnamon stick to the saucepan. Stir gently to ensure the flavors are well distributed.

Infusing The Flavors

  • Allow the tea and spices to simmer for about 5 minutes, ensuring a medium heat level. This will enable the flavors to meld beautifully and create a robust infusion.

Straining And Serving

  • After the simmering time, strain the tea into cups or teapots using a fine-mesh strainer. You can add sugar or honey to taste if desired. Serve the tea hot and garnish each cup with fresh mint leaves for an added touch of freshness.
