  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparing The Beef Rib Fingers:

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 160°C (320°F).
  • Place the beef rib fingers on a cutting board and pat them dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
  • Season the beef rib fingers generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

Searing The Beef:

  • In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the beef rib fingers to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. To get a golden brown crust, sear the steak for two to three minutes on each side.
  • Remove the beef rib fingers from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.

Creating The Flavorful Sauce:

  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté until they turn golden brown and aromatic.
  • Stir in paprika, cumin powder, and chili powder, and cook for another minute to toast the spices.
  • Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and honey. Simmer the mixture while scraping up any browned bits from the skillet us bottom.

Braising The Beef:

  • Return the seared beef rib fingers to the skillet, nestling them into the sauce.
  • Cover the skillet with a lid or aluminum foil and transfer it to the preheated oven.
  • Allow the beef rib fingers to braise in the oven for 2 hours, or until they are fork-tender and the sauce has thickened.
